Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-10 · Dezender

The agreement between you and Dezender covering accounts, the Developer Pass, acceptable behaviour and liability.

1. Who we are

Dezender ("Dezender", "we", "us") operates the PHP source recovery service at dezender.in. These terms govern your use of the service and form a binding agreement between you and Dezender.

By creating an account or buying a Developer Pass you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. The service

Dezender accepts PHP source files and ZIP archives of PHP source files, validates them, and submits them to a third-party decoding service. When a decode succeeds, the recovered source is made available for you to download from your dashboard.

Dezender is a customer-facing product built on top of a third-party processing provider. Dezender is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by that provider. Recovery is best-effort: the nature of code protection means some files cannot be recovered, and no result is guaranteed to match any original file.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including jobs submitted by anyone using your credentials.
  • Accounts are personal. You may not resell, sublicense or share access to the service without written permission.
  • We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, the acceptable use policy, or applicable law, and we will tell you why when we do.

4. Developer Pass, price and billing

  • The Developer Pass costs €20 and is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription.
  • A pass grants 240 consecutive hours (10 days) of access, measured from the moment the payment is verified on our servers.
  • The pass does not renew automatically. No mandate, card token or recurring instruction is stored, and no further charge is made when it expires.
  • The pass includes a defined allowance of jobs and total upload bytes, shown on the pricing page and enforced on the server.
  • Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a currency conversion applies, your bank or payment provider determines the final amount.

5. Activation

Access is activated exclusively by a payment event that our servers have verified as authentic and that matches the amount and currency of your order. A completed browser redirect, a screenshot, or a claim of payment is not proof of payment and does not activate a pass.

Duplicate payment notifications cannot create duplicate passes: a payment unlocks exactly one entitlement.

6. Your content and your obligations

You keep ownership of the files you upload and the results you receive. You grant us the permission needed to store, transmit and process those files for the purpose of providing the service.

You must only upload material you are legally entitled to reverse-engineer. The acceptable use policy sets this out in detail and it is a core part of these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Processing depends on a third-party decoding service, and its availability, queueing and limits are outside our direct control. Planned and unplanned maintenance may interrupt service.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question during the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and we are not liable for the consequences of relying on a recovered file without verifying it.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach it, and where practical we will give you notice so you can download results that are still within their retention window.
